If you discover any faults or defects when you receive your product, please take pictures of the faults or defects and send them to us at theplugstore.online@gmail.com along with a brief explanation of faults or defects.

Please Note : refunds will not be issued if a valid reason for return is not provided or if the products are sent back to us without first contacting us.

Refunds for the returned items will be issued to the original payment method.

Full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be provided for unused products within 14 days of receiving the product.

All shipping costs associated with return of items are responsibility of the customer.

*Returned items must not be used and must be sent back unmarked in original packaging.

With your order you will receive a Return template to fill and send back with your order:

- Full Name

- Order Number

- Reason for Return

- Refund or Exchange (select one)

- For exchange, exchange product number.
